LMS is a small full service residential and commercial management company with a focus in student housing. It began as a single project owner-manager business in 2005 and has grown in to a multi-project manager with over 400 beds in its portfolio. LMS’s driving principle is to treat its tenants with respect while requiring that its tenants treat the projects and LMS’s staff with respect in return. We focus on customer service and timeliness. Our hope and goal is to achieve as much tenant satisfaction as reasonably possible.
