Leasing (4 entries)
- How long are your leases?
  
  Most leases are 12 months. 9 month leases are available with a premium.
- When is rent due?
  
  Rent is due the first of the month and no later than the 3rd. Rent received after will be subject to late fee.
- Can I sublease my apartment?
  
  Subleasing situations are available only with permission from LMS and upon completion of an amended lease.
- What size apartments do you offer?
  
  LMS offers one, two, three and four bedroom units. Sizes and availability are building specific. Please call (614) 376-4278 with questions.
Pets (1 entry)
- Are your buildings pet friendly?
  
  Pets are allowed only with the permission from LMS. A pet deposit and pet rent will be enforced.
Utilities (1 entry)
- What utilities am I responsible for?
  
  All LMS buildings require tenants to pay for electric and water.
Management (2 entries)
- Do you have on site management?
  
  Yes, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
- Where is Legacy Management’s office?
  
  The LMS office is located at 266 Chittenden, Columbus, OH 43201 on the ground floor of the East Village complex.

- Do you offer off street parking?
